This event is the world tour of South Korea's famous idol group in the Philippines, they need a grand music event, need more than 20 meters high, with rainproof function, while the structure is stable, high load-bearing capacity requirements, to meet the hanging singing equipment, screen sound, light stand, curtain and so on. Finally, we provide the following solution：beams of 1200 x 800mm and columns of 800 x 800m. main pipe 60x6mm, base 2000mm square, It is 80 feet=24m high. The customer said that the actual installation effect is very good. The following are the comparison photos of the stage taken by the client during the day and night.

◉Design Parameters

Height: 80 feet.

Load-bearing capacity: The overall design can bear 20 tons.

Display configuration: hanging 3 giant displays totaling 13 tons.

Speaker configuration: 4 pcs 1.5-ton speakers.

Lighting configuration: 1 ton lighting stand.

◉Structural Design

The stage structure was inspired by the Parthenon in ancient Greece.

Column design: Use eight high-strength columns, 800x800mm, 60x6mm, to ensure the stability and load-bearing capacity of the stage. The column size and load-bearing capacity are accurately calculated to ensure that the design requirements are met.

Cantilevered sound stand: Four 1.5-ton load-bearing cantilevered sound stand in front,1200x800mm beam, provides a stable support platform for the sound.

LED Display frame: Design three display frames, two large and one small, to ensure stable hanging and visual effects of the display.

Lighting truss: Set up three lighting truss for installing and hanging lighting equipment.

◉Material Selection

Main material: 800x1200mm high-strength aluminum alloy frame is used to ensure the stability and durability of the whole stage truss.

Load-bearing structure: In order to enhance the load-bearing capacity of the column, a reinforced square sleeve block is used to fix the load-bearing column, and a 2-meter large load-bearing base is used.

◉Installation and Testing

On-site installation: During the on-site installation process, we strictly follow the design plan and construction drawings to ensure that every process is accurate.

Factory testing: Before leaving the factory, we conduct rigorous testing on all components to ensure they meet design requirements and quality standards.

Load-bearing test: After the installation was completed, we conducted a comprehensive load-bearing test. we tested a 24m long, 800x1200mm size truss. According to the data of the load-bearing table of the product, under the span of 24 meters, the uniform distribution of the truss can bear 300kg/m, and it must not sink more than 122mm. The actual test results show that our product subsidence is only 24mm, And the deformation recovers after the load is removed, and there is no sinking arc.far exceeding the industry standard requirements,The results showed that the stage exceeded the task and all parameters met the design requirements.
