A full course assembles a series of signature obstacles including Warped Wall, Salmon Ladder, Quintuple Steps, Monkey Bars, Hanging Rings, Rope Climb, Cargo Net, Balance Beam, Spider Wall, Peg Board, Floating Boards and Flying Bar. Customer Needs

The Compound Training required a full set of modular ninja obstacle systems to build multi-level training and competition tracks, covering rookie, intermediate and elite difficulty grades. The whole system needed to meet UNAA official competition standards and Australian indoor fitness safety specifications. The project demanded high load-bearing capacity and dynamic impact resistance to adapt to long-term high-intensity climbing, jumping and swinging movements on signature obstacles such as monkey bars, flying bar and salmon ladder. All components needed tool-free quick assembly and disassembly, supporting regular track adjustment and obstacle replacement to enrich venue courses. Reusable modular hardware was required to reduce long-term repeated procurement costs for venue operation. In addition to high-standard hardware, the client required complete engineering support, including customized structural drawings, remote installation guidance and pre-operation safety inspection. All equipment must feature anti-corrosion, anti-aging and anti-loosening performance to adapt to long-term indoor high-frequency operation. The venue also required full-coverage impact-absorbing foam crash pads underneath and around every obstacle zone to minimize injury risk during falls.

Product Parameters

This project adopts full set of Sgaier Truss modular aluminum fitness equipment, including S290 pin-connected truss frame, 1.2m×1.2m modular platform, multi-layer truss hanging system and safety foam crash pads. All metal products adopt 6061-T6 high-strength aluminum alloy with professional anti-corrosion treatment. The S290 pin-connected main truss frame is made of high-strength 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with anti-corrosion and anti-aging performance for long-term indoor use, featuring main column size of 29×29cm and customized reinforced cross beams according to venue layout, adopting pin-lock fast structure for tool-free assembly and disassembly, delivering large-span load capacity, strong anti-shake and anti-tilt performance, fully detachable and reusable to support mounting for Warped Wall, Salmon Ladder, Monkey Bars and various hanging obstacle sets. The 1.2m×1.2m modular training platform supports free splicing with high-strength anti-loosening locking connectors, providing super load-bearing capacity to resist athlete jumping and climbing impact, available for manual handling, easy stacking, transportation and storage, forming a stable base for balance beams, quintuple steps and floating boards. The multi-layer truss obstacle hanging system adopts modular scaffold-style truss tower with independent stable support, specially applied for hanging and fixing monkey bars, rope climbs, hanging rings, flying bar and cargo net, equipped with mounting brackets, reinforced cross beams, safety ladders and counterweight sets, featuring adjustable height, interchangeable universal parts and high local load capacity to avoid shaking during intense swinging and jumping movements. The safety foam crash pads adopt high-density EPE foam core for excellent shock absorption and impact resistance, with tear-resistant, waterproof and easy-to-clean PVC coated vinyl surface, standard single size of 2.0m × 1.0m × 0.15m and Velcro edge binding to form continuous fall protection surface, lightweight and flexible for convenient laying, moving and stacking with customizable sizes for irregular obstacle zones. Cooperated with the local professional construction team, our technical team completed full-process remote guidance and safety supervision. The construction sequence includes building S290 pin-truss main frame, splicing and locking modular platform panels, installing multi-layer truss hanging towers, fixing ninja obstacle equipment including Warped Wall, Salmon Ladder, Monkey Bars and hanging rings, laying continuous foam crash pads under and around all obstacle zones, and completing overall structural reinforcement and safety acceptance. After completion, the entire obstacle course presented a neat and solid overall structure. The main S290 truss frame stably bore all hanging obstacle equipment without deformation or shaking. The modular platform formed a flat and firm training surface. The truss hanging system maintained stable operation during high-intensity training and competitions. Continuous foam crash pads provided reliable fall protection for athletes in all challenge zones. For installation and maintenance, all truss pins must be fully locked with dynamic load points reinforced for swinging obstacles, obstacle height and spacing must be calibrated to match UNAA competition rules, and crash pads need tight Velcro connection without gaps; routine work includes weekly inspection of truss connections and platform locks, regular check of foam pads for cuts, tears or compression damage, timely replacement of damaged accessories, daily surface cleaning and standardized classified storage of disassembled modular parts for secondary reuse. The whole system kept stable and safe in long-term high-frequency operation with zero safety hazards.
